At the foot of the mountains, on the outskirts of the picturesque village, the apartment is located on the grounds of a small fruit farm. Here you can enjoy the sun in peace and quiet away from the tourist hustle and, however, it is only 15 minutes by car from the long sandy beaches of Benidorm or Villajoyosa. The pebble beaches of Altea and El Albir are also quickly accessible. To Alicante airport the travel time is approximately 50 minutes.

In the low season, the ideal starting point for cycling (professional teams also train here), walks and excursions. In the main season, the beaches and theme parks of the Costa Blanca attract.

The apartment with 36 square meters has a bedroom with double bed and a large closet, a living room with open kitchen fully equipped and a bathroom with toilet and shower. The air conditioner cools / heats the apartment.

The apartment has a large private terrace with open barbecue and a parking space.

The farm offers a large indoor pool (8×4 m) that is heated in winter.

In addition, the use of a steam sauna is available.

We, your hosts (Norbert and Graciela Gelhart) speak German, English and Spanish.
