Apartamentos Benigracia offers exactly the same accommodation booked on its website, without alterations in location, floor, features, equipment and views. Your check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. and the check-out time at 10 p.m., and you can extend the check-out until 8:00 p.m. with a supplement and whenever possible.
Guests are obliged to inform Apartamentos Benigracia on the same day of entry, any type of damage or damage to the leased property, if any. Otherwise Apartamentos Benigracia will charge the guests any expenses caused by the damages that there would be in the rented accommodation, at the time of the departure (Check out) without previous notice. Apartamentos Benigracia supplies bed and bathroom linens, in all rooms. If a towel or set of bedding is missing from the establishment, it will be charged to the guest’s credit card immediately. Towels have a cost of € 30 and bed linen € 20 per piece.
Apartamentos Benigracia will export the information of the guests to the competent authorities according to law. It is mandatory to present yourself at check-in with the documentation in order.
The accommodations with parking (not garage), do not guarantee availability in high season.
Each accommodation is governed by its rules of internal community of owners, so that guests are committed to comply with these rules. Failure to comply with these rules will be immediate expulsion.
Any complaint from the neighborhood will be grounds for immediate expulsion.
Expulsion will exceed the number of people according to the capacity of the apartment.

It is mandatory to deliver the apartment tidy and free of garbage and meals. Apartamentos Benigracia reserves the right to penalize them with € 50 upon check-out if the apartment is not delivered in these conditions.
Apartamentos Benigracia is not responsible for the apartments that are under construction during the low season. They are governed by their internal rules without the obligation to communicate said works.

The client accepts through this contract the acceptance of the total price of the reservation contracted through our website or by telephone.
