It is located on Levante Beach, 200 meters from the beach. Enjoy an excellent situation, close to the Avenida del Mediterráneo, reference of current Benidorm. Close to the nightlife and pubs area. It has two elevators, supermarkets, restaurants and commercial area near the building.
APARTMENT
The apartment has 1 bedroom with double bed, glazed living room with incredible views, sofa bed and single bed, possibility of 2 to 4 people, kitchen equipped with four gas fires, refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine, iron and complete utensils, TV with national and international channels. Bathroom with shower and heater.

Minimum booking 5 nights. For reservations of less time, ask.
Prices valid for 2 people, each extra person carries a supplement of € 20 per night.
For long term reservations out of season (November-March) we have special prices, ask us.
The time of entry to the apartment is at 16 hours (before if available) and the departure at 10 hours. Exit may be extended to 20 hours with a supplement, whenever possible.
You can request a free baby cot, available for children up to 2 years. They are subject to availability and will be confirmed upon arrival.
Pets are allowed up to 15 kilos, € 25 extra will be applied for the entire stay.
